    Problem

Business support professionals spend their days on their clients' businesses, and their own marketing gets whatever time is left.

    What we built

    • • An AI marketing assistant for every woman in the room, built live
    • • Social posts written in each woman's own voice
    • • A week of content, made on the day

    Outcome

    • ✔ All 8 attendees finished with their own working marketing assistant
    • ✔ Every one left with a week of content ready to post
    • ✔ "The feedback thus far has been amazing"

    The Situation

    Where things stood

Seed runs a paid membership for women who run their own business support businesses. Once a year, founder Adrienne Donnelly takes her inner circle away on a boutique retreat. This year, eight women met at Monty's House in Montville for a weekend away from their home offices, to work on their own businesses and plan their next moves.

Adrienne knew the one thing every woman in the room had in common.

"Because we're all client facing, we're so busy managing the client work that our own businesses get neglected in terms of our own marketing, our own social media, our own EDMs."
    Adrienne, Seed Virtual Assistants

So Seed reached out and asked Nina to teach the group how to make their own marketing consistent with the help of AI.

    The Bottleneck

What was actually in the way

The room ranged from women in their first year of business to women in their tenth. Some used Claude every day. Others had never opened it.

    • Client work always came first, so their own marketing got whatever time was left
    • When they were busy, marketing was the first thing to fall off
    • Every week started with a blank page and "what do I post?"
    • Generic AI wrote in a voice that didn't sound like them
"One of the pain points for all of us is making sure we have enough time to market our own businesses because we're so busy servicing our clients."
    Adrienne, Seed Virtual Assistants

    The Fix

    What we built

    1. The preparation. In close collaboration with Adrienne, Nina prepared an AI marketing assistant kit and a step-by-step setup guide for the group. Both went out in the retreat guide, so every guest arrived with Claude set up and the kit downloaded.

    2. On the day. Nina taught the framework: how to train AI rather than chat with it, and the building blocks every assistant needs. Then each woman installed the kit in Claude and customised it.

First, it worked out how much time she spends on her marketing and what that time is worth.

"The figure is like almost $7,000 a year you could be saving of my own time."
    Adrienne, Seed Virtual Assistants

Then it interviewed her about her business, her clients and how she writes. It also learned from her own posts, blogs and website, so it sounds like her. Then each one created a week of marketing content, ready to post.

Within 90 minutes, every woman in the room had finished, with a week of content and her own marketing assistant running. They also left with ideas for other areas of their business where AI could take manual, repetitive work off their plate.

    Tool layer

    • Claude: the assistant
    • The AI marketing assistant kit

    The Outcome

    What changed

    • ✔All 8 attendees finished with their own AI marketing assistant
    • ✔Every one left with a week of content ready to post
    • ✔Each one saw what her marketing time is worth, from about $1,900 to $38,000 a year
    • ✔The group left with ideas for other areas of their business where AI could take manual, repetitive work off their plate

    The Human Payoff

    What it actually meant

The room came in avoiding their own socials. They walked out with an assistant that knows their business, writes in their voice and plans their week, so their marketing keeps going even when client work is full on.

"It just made me realise how much I avoid doing the Seed socials."
    Adrienne, Seed Virtual Assistants
"Thank you for your incredible work on our Claude / Flo masterclass."
    Bianca Turner, Bloom Virtual Services

    Client Feedback

"Thank you so much for running the session, the feedback thus far has been amazing."
