The time cost.
The average business owner spends between 5 and 7 hours a week on their marketing, which adds up to 260 to 364 hours a year. That is 6 to 9 full working weeks a year, aka an amazing holiday, drafting content.
Build Flo · Noosaville
You walk in playing with a blank page, frozen, not knowing what to write. You walk out with your month planned, your posts drafted, and all you do is tweak and post.
150+
Sunshine Coast business owners have built their own Flo with me in the last 90 days.
10 seats. That's it. First in, first seated.
"Overwhelmingly positive. Everyone absolutely loved and enjoyed the AI session with Nina. Five stars for your presentation."
Marketing is the one thing that never gets to the top of the list. There's always a client to look after, a quote to send, a supplier to chase, so the post never gets written and the email doesn't go, and another week goes past with the blank page still blank.
And it's not because you don't have anything to say, because you have plenty. You're the person who knows the business best, you are the story. The problem is the scramble. Opening the laptop on a Sunday night, staring at Canva, trying to remember what you posted three weeks ago, writing a caption that sounds like nobody, and hitting post because at least it went out.

When you're busy, marketing is the first thing to slip. When marketing slips, leads slip. Three months on you're hustling to bring them back, at three times the cost of just staying consistent. The busy season is exactly when marketing needs to hold, and it is exactly when most owners let it go.
You thought you had a weekend. But you had to cut it short again, because you just remembered last minute you had no content, and you had committed to yourself to stay consistent with your marketing. So you snuck away on a Sunday night to try and come up with something.
Your kids checking in, "mum, why are you on your laptop again?" And your answer, "because I still need to do my marketing."
"Thank you for your incredible work on our Claude / Flo masterclass. We are all excited to finish working through the process and seeing some fantastic outputs!"
Imagine what you could do with it. In your business, or just going on holidays.
No more flip-flopping, no more catching up, no more feeling under pressure. It just runs, whether you're on top of the world or slammed with clients.
No more sneaking away on a Sunday night trying to come up with posts. Imagine getting to just hang with your kids and your family in the evening, without marketing looming over your head.
That is what we are building together on 21 October.
5:00pm
Dinner is served. Be there early and fill your belly :)
5:30pm
Sleeves rolled up. The first 30 minutes is me walking you through exactly what we're about to build, why each piece matters, and what "training AI" actually looks like (versus chatting with it, which is where most people stop).
6:00pm
We build. You open Claude, we load the Flo pack, and she interviews you: your business, your customers, your voice. This is the piece most people never do properly, and it's the entire game. Then Flo drafts your month, in front of you. You look at it, tell her what to change, and she rewrites.
7:00pm ish
We'll wrap things up and call it a night.
Sunshine Coast owners scrambling for something to post. Owners who have played with ChatGPT or Claude a bit and know there's more here, but can't get from "chat window" to "actually helping." Owners running a team of one to fifteen who want marketing to become predictable, not another late night on Sunday.
Not for you if you want to build fully autonomous agents that run your business without you lifting a finger. This is for humans who want to keep themselves in a job, but make life easier by building their own AI assistants to help them with the manual, repetitive, process-driven work.
"Thank you once again for being such an integral part of the 2026 Private Practice Business Intensive. It was indeed an honour and a privilege to have you join us."
"The feedback thus far has been amazing and we are booking a follow-up online session with the ladies to finish off building the agent."
"The content is being created based on recent data from the last week. I'm getting good results within the first week."
Kyle now posts every week. Flo drafts, he tweaks, he posts, he logs what worked. And Flo learns.
"You wait. I'll be building a whole army for myself now. With all the stuff I want to get off my plate."

Nina Huchthausen is a process engineer by trade. For 16 years she's helped businesses streamline their processes and systems, and now she also hands the simply repetitive tasks over to AI. The result her clients feel: the manual, draining work lifts off the team's plate, and they get either the room to actually grow and scale, or the same revenue made in a 7-hour work day instead of 12.
Over the last 90 days alone, Nina has trained over 150 business owners on the coast to build their own AI marketing assistant Flo.
That's it. No pre-work. No prep. Just show up.
