Morning session: learn.
The morning is architecture. Before you build anything, you understand what you are building.
You learn what AI actually is, how Claude works, and the six components every AI assistant is built on. You see how the same six components apply whether you are building a personal assistant, a marketing agent, or a whole team of them.
You learn the single-tasker shift: the gift of AI is that you focus on the one thing you do best, and everything else gets handed over.
You learn to treat your AI like a new hire. Role, access, decisions, rules. You lead it. It follows.

The Afternoon
Afternoon session: build.
The afternoon is the build. You design your first assistant on paper first, then assemble it in nine steps across three phases.
You scope the job, break it into steps, map the skills your AI needs, set the guardrails, then assemble the whole thing in Claude. By late afternoon, your assistant is live in Cowork, connected to your real tools, working through its tasks for you.
You leave with your first AI teammate, built in a day.
